The service that I received at the mocketts woods surgery has always been very good.

With excellent doctors, nurses and reception, the service at the surgery would have a job to be bettered. Indeed, the service could- and possibly should- be exampled as one to follow.

Surgery is usually efficient, staff are mostly friendly and helpful. I appreciate its a difficult job and people are rude to them.

The appointment system does not always work as I have had to chase call backs or appointments recently.

Struggle to get an appointment - even a phone call back for triage - twice not spoken to just a text for a prescription.

Bring back dropins. Phone patients back offer more face to face appointment. * The surgery was always wonderful - not not. :)
